Park Reservations
Groups or organizations wishing to reserve a ramada, athletic field or other park facility, must obtain a permit from the Parks and Recreation office. Requests can be for one time or on-going use.
Please refer to the park policies for detailed information on how you or your organization can request park usage or Please call Mon-Thurs 7am – 6pm at 623-333-2400 to check on availability of dates, and to ask about rates and policy information.
If you are planning on having a special event at one of the parks, please make sure you fill out the special event application. A special event consist of using multiple elements of the park and/or amenities of the park that is specific to its design.
Commemorative
Bench and Tree Program
The commemorative tree program provides individuals, groups, clubs and organizations with the opportunity to enhance the city with trees that honor people, ideas, and special events. A commemorative tree is a thoughtful and lasting legacy to a person or an event that has occured in the lives of families, friends or individuals.

The Community Centers are available for room reservation. Please call Mon-Thurs 7am – 6pm at 623-333-2400 to check on availability of dates, and fee policy. Deposit fees and reservation fees must be made at the time of reservation.
Citizen Feedback: Avondale’s Parks & Facilities Division is asking for citizen feedback of quality and maintenance issues at City Parks & Facilities. Mail or email a completed Park Quality Control Inspection sheet to us. Click on the 'Citizen Feedback' link above.
