The following people were arrested
this past month for shoplifting under ARS 13-1805 or 13-1816.
All persons are entitled to the
presumption of innocence.
There are two methods by which
suspected offenders may be arrested: 1) The suspect may be physically taken and
booked into jail or 2) the suspect may be written a citation in lieu of
detention and given a date to appear in court. This list of arrested
persons combines both types of arrests.
