Care1st Avondale Resource and Housing Center

   
                          
The Care1st Avondale Resource and Housing Center welcomes residents from the City of Avondale and southwest valley! This is a safe place where residents can access needed human and housing services.

Services offered include: tutoring in English and literacy, citizenship classes, community mentoring, behavioral health services for children, adults, and families, teen pregnancy support, parenting classes, employment services, career readiness coaching, senior services and support services for the developmentally disabled.

The Care1st Avondale Resource and Housing Center also offers housing services including homebuyer assistance programs and homebuyer credit counseling, as well as emergency and substantial rehabilitation assistance to eligible homeowners. By offering a continuum of care to area residents, the Care1st Avondale Resource and Housing Center benefits Avondale and the surrounding area, thereby making the community stronger as a whole.  

The Care1st Avondale Resource and Housing Center is located at 328 West Western Avenue in Avondale, Arizona, 85323.

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
