MISSION STATEMENT
Avondale Water Resources Department is committed to providing quality water and wastewater services when you need them. 

GOAL
The goal of the Water Resources Department is to ensure an adequate, safe, and efficient water supply and wastewater services for the citizens of Avondale. 

The department is comprised of four major divisions: Water Operations, Water Resource Planning, Environmental Services and Geographic Information Systems.  The best possible service is provided through a diverse team of trained employees, sound viable operational and managerial decisions, long-range planning and capital improvement projects.

From Phoenix: I-10 West to Dysart Road Exit and go South to Main Street (Buckeye Road). Go West on Main Street (Buckeye Road) to first stoplight which is 4th Street. Head South on 4th Street to the stop sign and we are located on south side of Lower Buckeye Road.

Office hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday.  Offices are closed on Friday.  Emergency Number (623) 333-4400.

Questions concerning your water bill/utility account, please call the Water Billing Department at
 (623) 333-2005. Questions can be promptly and conveniently handled to your satisfaction over the phone.

If you have problems regarding low water pressure or any emergencies such as, no water, water leaks, sewer main backups, etc., please call us at (623) 333-4400.

Where to Pay Your Bill

Payments can be made in person Monday through Thursday, at the Avondale Civic Center, 11465 W. Civic Center Drive, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  A night drop-box is located at the sound end of the City Hall Civic Center Building.
