First-time Homebuyer Program 
The first-time homebuyer program provides down payment assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers through Individual Development Accounts (IDA).
Program participants receive:
ü Fee-free savings account
ü Credit report, homebuyer/financial education and
on-going counseling
ü Participants savings are matched based upon eligibility and available funding
ü Other homebuyer programs can be combined to create a comprehensive
assistance package

EARN IT!
Did you earn less than $41,646 last year? The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) could pay you as much as $4,824. Additional credits could pay you even more. You don't have to owe Federal taxes to receive this money, but you do have to file. (Individual credit and refund amounts will vary. Visit www.irs.gov to extimate your refund)
KEEP IT!
Don't pay up to $200 to file your taxes or the hundreds more for a refund anticipation loan (RAL). VITA sites can get you your refund fast, especially if you e-file and use direct deposit. (Free tax preparation and filing services are available subject to eligibility)
