Invitation for Bids NFS 10-049.2 Western Avenue Business Renovation Project
The City of Avondale is seeking bids from licensed and qualified contractors to provide construction and installation of general renovations and correction of City Code violations to buildings located on Western Avenue between Dysart Road and Central Avenue in Avondale, AZ, including but not limited to installation or repair of windows, doors, paint, exterior wall treatments, awnings, overhangs and signs. In addition work includes the abatement of asbestos as more fully set forth in the scope of work.
The IFB Construction Documents are available in hard copy and ready for pick up at the Avondale Civic Center Procurement Office. In addition, the Construction Documents have been posted and are available in electronic format at the Engineering FTP Website.
