Paid Leave

  • Holiday Leave: Eligible employees will be provided with a bank of 88 hours (full-time) per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). 
  • Sick Leave: unlimited accrual amount
  • Vacation Leave:
    • Regular Employees: 12 days per yr. (0-5 years); 15 days per yr. (5-10 years); 18 days per yr. (10-15 years) and 20 days per yr. (15+ years)
    • Assistant Department Directors: Fifteen (15) days paid vacation first five years Twenty (20) days paid vacation after five (5) years of continuous employment
    • Assistant City Managers and Directors: Twenty (20) days per year
