Vendor Notification
All solicitations for goods, equipment and services of $5,000 or greater are posted within this site and also on the City’s e-procurement system - BuyHub. To access BuyHub, registration is required. As a registered vendor, you will receive email notification when the City posts any Bids, RFP’s and RFQ’s for the type of goods and/or services you provide. However, do not rely solely on BuyHub's notices; the City of Avondale highly reccommends that you check this website regularly for our current opportunities. Additional information and urgent notices are posted regularly on this website.

The City supports and strongly encourages particpation from small, disadvantaged, minority, women owned business enterprises (S/D/M/W/BE) and/or labor area surplus firms in all solicitations. When registering with BuyHub, be sure to complete the Federal Information section if applicable.
