EDUCATION & EMPLOYMENT: Cherlene has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Arts in both Human Resource Development and Management. Cherlene spent eleven years as the Human Resources Director for Yuma County before coming to Avondale in August of 2000.
